摘　　要：目的 :探讨二苯甲撑二异氰酸酯 ( MDI)对作业男工 (接触组 )外周血淋巴细胞微核( MN )率的影响。方法 :对某化工厂 84名接触 MDI的男工和 96名对照男工外周血淋巴细胞微核( MN)及其白细胞 ( WBC)计数并进行检测比较。结果 :MDI作业男工外周血淋巴细胞 MN显著高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1)且随着工龄的增长有递增的趋势 ( P<0 .0 1) ;高浓度接触组 MN显著高于中浓度组及低浓度组 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论Objective:To study the effects of the diphenyl methane diisocyante (MDI) on the inheritable fuction. Methods: Case-conerol Study was used. The micronucleus rats of peripheral blood lymphocytes and WBC in 84 male workers exposed to Diphenyl Methane Diisocyante (MDI) was measured while 96 male workers were as control group. Results:The results show that the micronucleus rats were higher in workers exposed to MDI than in control group with statistical significance (P<0.01). The trend of MN inereased by the inereasing of working year. Conclution:Exposure to MDI could play certain roles in damaging to the inheritable function.
