摘　　要：从设备、操作、环境和控制点管理等方面分析了影响方一定尺控制点管理效果的因素,并采取了加强控制点管理等措施,方一铸坯定尺率已稳定保持在95%以上。Analyzing the factors that affect the managing effect of the cut-to-length control points at No.1 billet shop from the equipment, operation, condition and control points' managemnet. By adopting the measurements of strengthening the control points management, the gauge ratio of billet can be maintain over 95% stably.
