摘　　要：柳钢耐材厂2×200m^3石灰坚窑建立工序控制点后,通过质量控制,稳定炉况,有效地提高了冶金石灰质量,降低了成本。从1999年至今,石灰的CaO含量、活性度、吨石灰焦耗三项经济技术指标保持国内同类企业的先进水平。Since the process control point is set up in 2200m^3 vertical lime kiln in LiuGang, the furnace condition is steady, the quality is controlled, the quality of metallurgical lime improved effectively, and the cost reduced. From 1999 to this day, three economic technology index: CaO content of lime, activity, coke consumption per ton lime maintains advanced level in domestic similar business.
