摘  要:目的 :观察S 10 0和血小板 T细胞活化抗原 1(PTA1)在正常大鼠垂体前叶细胞的表达和共存。 方法 :免疫荧光双标记结合激光扫描共聚焦显微镜技术进行观察。 结果 :首次证实PTA1免疫反应阳性物质主要位于脑垂体血窦壁 ,与S 10 0免疫反应阳性细胞密切接触 ,并有一定程度的共存关系。 结论Objectives: To determine the expression of platelet and T cell activation antigen 1(PTA1) and S 100 in the normal rat anterior pituitary. Methods: Immunohistochemical method combined with laser scanning confocal microscopy. Results:The intensely staining for PTA1 were found in the endothe lium of the sinuses and were contacted closely with S 100 immunoreactive cells. When double immunolabeling was performed , both PTA1 and S 100 were found to be present in the same cells. PTA1 immunoreactive subtance consists of the minority of S 100 immunoreactive cells. Conclusions: Our results can supply a useful experimental data for the study of the distribution of PTA1 in vivo.
