摘　　要：上海大平洋化工(集团)淮安元明粉有限公司10万吨/年元明粉项目在建设及投入生产过程中,始终坚持环保“三同时”原则,对“三废”采用成熟可靠的技术处理措施加以治理和利用,使之达到国家和地方有关排放标准。The project of 100, 000 tpa Glauber's salt of the captioned company adhears to the principles of 'three things done in the same time during construction and production. The' three wastes(effluents) ' are treated and utilized with mature technical measures for treatment and the national and local standards for effluent discharge are accordingly met.
