摘  要: 通过DSC,SEM,力学性能,流变性能和与水接触角测试,研究了氯化聚丙烯(CPP) 增容聚丙烯 丁腈橡胶(PP NBR)体系的力学性能和亲水性能。研究结果表明:在CPP含量不变的情况下,随着NBR含量的增加,PP NBR共混体系的韧性增强,冲击强度和断裂伸长率提高,拉伸强度和模量下降,表面亲水性能增大;在NBR和CPP总含量不变的情况下,当CPP含量增加到一定程度后,共混体系的冲击强度开始下降。The mechanical properties and hydrophilic property of PP/NBR/CPP blend were studied through DSC measure,SEM analysis,and test of mechanical properties,rheological property and contact angle with water.The results showed that in the case of the amount of CPP remaining constant,with increase in NBR,the toughness of PP/NBR blend\|system increased,impact strength and elongation at rupture improved,tensile strength and modulus decreased as well as surface hydrophilic property incresed.In the case of the total amount of NBR and CPP remaining constant,the impact strength of blend\|system began to decrease while the CPP increased to the certain amount.
