摘　　要：　介绍了PVC异型材及管材一机多模的生产工艺,即用一台挤出机同时生产两条制品的生产工艺。与传统的一机单模生产工艺相比,可以有效地降低生产能耗,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。The processing technology of twinextrusion diehead for PVC profile shapes and pipes,namely the technology of one extruder extruding twin product at the same time,was introduced.Compared with the conventional singleextrusion diehead,it could considerably decrease production energy consumption and product cost,and increase production efficiency.
