摘 要:采用熔体复合技术制备了纳米TiO2 改性聚乙烯粉末涂料 ,测定了其熔体流动速率、力学性能、涂膜性能和纳米TiO2 粒子的分散性。采用该技术还制备了马来酸酐接枝改性聚乙烯粉末涂料 ,测定了其力学性能和接枝率。研究结果表明 :纳米TiO2 改性聚乙烯粉末涂料中的纳米粒子达到了纳米级分散 ,在提高涂膜力学性能的同时 ,明显改善了涂膜的柔韧性和流平性 ;马来酸酐接枝改性聚乙烯粉末涂料通过在聚乙烯主链上引入极性基团 ,在提高涂膜力学性能的同时 ,也提高了其对底材的附着力。A nano-TiO 2 modified polyethylene powder coatings has been prepared by use of molten compound technology.The flow rate,mechanical properties,film performance of the molten matrix and the dispersibility of nano-TiO 2 were determined.By use of this technology,a maleic-modified polyethylene powder coatings has also developed,the mechanical properties and grafting conversion of which were determined.It has shown experimentally that the nano-TiO 2 is dispersed at nano scale in the modified polyethylene powder coatings,which improves the flexibility and leveling of the coatings film,as well as the mechanical properties.Due to the introduction of polar groups in the backbone chain of polyethylene for maleic-grafted polyethylene powder coatings,the mechanical properties,as well as the adhesion of the film,were improved.
