摘　　要：本文系统阐述了玻璃钢检查井盖的材料选择 ,结构设计和利用RTM成型方法生产检查井盖的工艺流程 ,分析了制品主要缺陷的产生原因 ,研究树脂体系特性及充模流动与工艺缺陷形成的关系 。This article describes process technology of inspection manhole lids,including the material selection, structural design and RTM forming method. Analysis is made for the main defects of the products and emphasis is laid on the selection of injection parameters of the process based on the study of the resin system chara cteristics and the relation between the flowing and formation of process defects.
