摘 要:在实验室固定床中试装置上以硫含量为1290μg/g的FCC汽油为原料对FCC汽油吸附脱硫工艺(LADS技术)的工艺条件进行了考察。结果表明,在吸附温度为65~85℃、吸附空速为2.0h^(-1)、脱附空速为2.0h^(-1)、吸附剂与脱附剂之比为0.5,吸附剂与原料油之比为0.5时,精制油的硫含量为760μg/g,精制油的收率为99.05%;在吸附温度为65~85℃,吸附空速为1.0h^(-1),脱附空速为1.0h^(-1),吸附剂与脱附剂之比为1.0,吸附剂与原料油之比为1.0时,精制油的硫含量为360μg/g,精制油的收率为97.40%;两种操作条件下精制油的辛烷值几乎不损失。The operating conditions of the adsorption desulfurization process of FCC naphtha (LADS technology) were investigated with a feedstock contained 1290μg/g of sulfur in a laboratory fixed-bed reactor. The results showed that at an adsorption temperature range of 65 - 85℃, an adsorption space velocity of 2. 0h-1, a desorption space velocity of 2. 0h-1, and a ratio of adsorbent to feedstock of 0. 5, the sulfur content of the refined oil was 760μg/g with a yield of 99. 05%. At a same adsorption temperature, half of the space velocities, an adsorbent to feedstock ratio of 1, and a ratio of adsorbent to desorption agent of 1. 0, the sulfur content of the refined oil was 360μg/g with a yield of 97. 04%. The RON of the refined oils had almost no loss.
