摘　　要：针对静电喷涂工艺对防锈油各种性能的要求,探讨了基础油、成膜剂、防锈剂及其它添加辅剂的各自作用及相互之间的配伍性。在实验室对所研制的静电喷涂防锈油配方进行了筛选,并且通过对各种性能的评价,最终确定了一种具有广泛应用前景的静电喷涂防锈油。In the light of requirement for electrostatic-proof and rust preventive oil used in electrostatic spraying technology, a series of tests and evaluation was carried out and the formulations of the oil were screened. Finally, an anti-rusting and electrostatic-proof oil having wide application prospects was developed. The functions of basic oil, filming agents, rust inhibitors and other additives and the interaction among them were discussed.
