氯丙基硅氧烷作偶联剂制备的硅胶类杀菌剂的表征和再生性能研究

摘　　要：对以氯丙基硅氧烷作偶联剂制备的硅胶类水不溶性季铵盐杀菌剂进行了红外光谱和核磁共振谱研究,说明了γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷已通过与自由羟基的反应键合到原料硅胶的表面,带长链烷基的十二叔胺已联到了中间体上。杀菌剂产品再生性研究表明,使用盐酸-乙醇溶液、次氨酸钠溶液和季铵盐溶液三种再生方法基本上都能使研制产品恢复杀菌性能,达到了产品重复使用的目的。The characteristics of the structure of the materials, intermediates and silica gel bactericide products prepared with y-chlopropyltrimethoxysilanes as coupling agents was determined by FT-IR and SiNMR. It was proved that the said coupling agents were carried on the surface of the silica gels by the reaction with the free hydroxide. The N,N-dimethyldodecylamine with long chain alkyl was also proved to join to the intermediates. The regeneration performance of the bactericide products indicated that the bactericidal activity of the products could be basically recovered by using the regeneration methods of HCl-ethanol solution, sodium hypochlorite solution or quaternary ammonium salt solution, and could be reused.
