摘　　要：对建筑企业供应链管理中的不确定性因素进行了详细的剖析,分析了它们对建筑企业供应链管理的影响,并深入探讨了降低建筑企业供应链管理中不确定性影响的措施。The paper gives a analysis in detail about the uncertainty in supply chain management of construction companies, and analyzes the influence to supply chain management of construction companies from that uncertainty, and deeply discusses some measures to decrease the uncertainty.
