异丙酚配伍米索前列醇用于无痛人工流产术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探索无痛人工流产的最佳药物配伍。方法:将300例早孕妇女随机分成异丙酚配伍米索前列醇组、异丙酚组、对照组,异丙酚剂量为2mg/kg,米索前列醇400μg术前4h顿服,观察孕妇术中、术后的反应。结果:异丙酚配伍米索前列醇能缩短手术时间和自行离院时间,减少术中出血量和异丙酚用量,降低异丙酚不良反应和人工流产综合征的发生率,术时宫颈松弛,术后子宫收缩好,与其它两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<O.01)。结论:异丙酚配伍米索前列醇进行无痛人工流产大大增加了异丙酚静脉麻醉行人工流产术的安全性,在临床使用中更具优势。Objective:To investigate the medication of painless artifical abortion. Methods:300 women with early pregnancy were divided into 3 groups randomly: the control group, the propofol group and the propofol with misoprostol group. Treatment consisted of 2mg/kg of propofol infected intravenously and 400μg misopr-ostol administered orally one time 4 hours before operation. The reaction during and after operation was observed. Results: Propofol with misoprostol shortened the time of operating and leaving hospital, reduced the bleeding,and depressed the rate of RAAS and the adverse effects of propofol. Neck of uterus was flabby during the operation and the constriction of uterus was well after operation. Comparing with other group, it showed significant difference ( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01) . Conclution: Propofol with misoprostol in the painless artifical abortion improves the security of operation with propofols in travenous anesthesia obviously, and has more advantage than others in clinic.
