摘　　要：目的探讨超声消融术治疗下肢深静脉血栓的可行性。方法对52例下肢静脉血栓形成患者超声消融治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果超声消融成功48例,均进行术后随访,平均随访7.8月。其中38例完全恢复正常;10例症状、体征明显好转,血管直径较健侧缩小10%～25%。4例超声消融失败。结论超声消融术治疗下肢深静脉血栓安全有效,该技术简便易行,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of ultrasound ablation transluminal (USATL) on deep venous thrombi (DVT) of lower extremities. Methods Clinical data of the 52 cases treated by USATL were analysed retrospectively. Results Of the 52 cases 48 were followed-up for an average of 7.8 months after operation and received satisfactory results from USATL, among them 38 restored to complete normal. 10 had significantly clinical improvements and their venous stenosis rates were reduced from 100% to 10%-25% compared with preoperation based on angiography. 4 failed in USATL. Conclusion USATL can be used safely and reliably and would be used broadly in the treatment of DVT.
