摘　　要：目的 :探讨后腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科疾病的效果。方法 :总结 2 0 0 1年 12月至 2 0 0 2年 6月用后腹腔镜手术治疗 15例泌尿外科疾病的临床资料。结果 :15例手术均成功。手术时间 30～ 14 0min ,平均90min ,失血量少于 10 0ml,2 4～ 72h内下床活动 ,除 1例肾切除切口愈合不良 ,住院时间较长外 ,余者均在术后1周内出院。结论 :后腹腔镜治疗泌尿外科疾病具有创伤小、康复快、住院时间短等优点 ,有较高的应用价值。Objective:To evaluate retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of urological disease.Methods:From December 2001 to June 2002, 15 cases of urological diseases had been treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery and the data were reviewed.Results:The procedures were successful in all the 15 cases. The operation time was 30 140 minutes (mean 90 minutes). Blood loss during every procedure was less 100ml.The ambulant time was 24 72 hours postoperatively, all the patient was out of hospital in 7 days,except the patient with diabetes.Conclusions:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery have the benefits of less invasive, earlier resumption of normal activities and shorter hospital stay.It may be used well in the field of urology.
