摘　　要：韩冰教授治疗妇科疾病有独到之处,尤重视奇经八脉理论在妇科临床中运用。其中疏通任脉法适用于冲任二脉气滞血瘀而致的带下、瘕、痛经等病症;补养任脉法适用于冲任二脉气虚血少,胞宫失养,阴虚有热或气虚不摄而致的病症;补任填督法适用于久病或气血亏虚损及任督二脉而致的腰、耳鸣、遗精、泄泻诸病症。Prof.HAN possesses the unique experience for gynecopathy,especially the clinical application of eitht extra-meridian theory.He proposed that dredging of Chong and Ren Vessels (CRV) is indicated for leucorrhagia,abdominal masses and dysmenorrhea due to stagnation of blood and qi in CRV;nourishing of Ren Vessel is indicated for diseases due to deficiency of qi and blood,failure of nourishment of uterus,and yin-deficiency in CRV;invigoration of Ren and Du Vessels is suitable for soreness of loin,tinnitus,nocturnal emission and diarrhea due to prolonged illness or deficiency of qi and blood.
