摘  要:重介旋流器分选过程影响因素众多。颗粒在分选过程中主要受到离心力、水流阻力、水流加速度作用力、水流附加加速度作用力及颗粒机械阻力等,其中机械阻力最为复杂。为了应用概率统计规律解决机械阻力问题,分析了颗粒碰撞过程及相对距离、颗粒个数及碰撞方向。为简化分析,以球形颗粒为研究对象,导出了两颗粒在旋流器中的碰撞概率及在不同情况下的碰撞数目,颗粒的移动距离与容积浓度的关系,得出了机械阻力表达式,为理论上分析重介质旋流分选过程提供了一种思路。The densemedium cyclone separation process, which is used widely for beneficiating coal, is likely affected by many factors but the theoretical research to it is few. Many forces such as the forces of centrifugal, flow drag, fluid acceleration, the fluid attached acceleration and mechanical drag acting on the particles, in which the mechanical drag force is the most complex. This paper tries to resolve the problem of mechanical drag force by the rule of probability and statistics. The process, the relative distance, the number and the direction of the collision between particles are analyzed. The real process is much more complex so that spherical particles are discussed to simplify the analysis. The probability and the number of collision are given for two particles within the densemedium cyclone in different situation. The relation between the particles moved distance and the volume concentration are also given in this paper. This research provided a train of thought for the densemedium cyclone separation process in theory.
