摘　　要：煤矿安全规程明确规定 ,绞车提升装置必须装有闸间隙保护装置 ,当闸间隙超过规定值时能自动报警或自动断电。介绍了盘形闸工作间隙监测的必要性和重要性 ,给出了仪器的设计方法和设计技术 ,以及仪器的安装方法。The protective device of dish_brake work spacing must be installed on equipment of winch lifting,as it is prescribed distinctly in coal mine rules of safety that protective device installed on would send out alarming or brake off electricity automatically when work spacing greater than the distance of 2 mm.The necessity and important of that to monitor work spacing of dish_brake are stated in the paper,simultaneously,that making methods,design technology and installation methods of the device are introduced.
