摘　　要：大学生党员的数量与质量保障工作是高校党建工作面临的重要问题,论文在深入研究"保持大学生党员数量提高学生党员质量"保障机制的基础上,结合当前复杂多变的国际形势和建筑学院自身的办学特点、特色,剖析当前党员发展工作中的问题,把握重点,对大学生党员质量提高问题进行理论创新和制度创新,并提出切实可行的建议,为党员的数量与质量"平衡"探索新的理论研究。Student Member of the quantity and quality assurance work is an important issue facing in universities, in-depth research paper 'to keep the number of college students party members to improve the quality of student Party members' basic security mechanism, combined with the current international situation and the School of Architecture's own complex school characteristics, features, analyzes the problem of party members in the current development, grasp the key, the party members to improve the quality of university students theoretical problems and system innovation, and make practical recommendations for the quantity and quality of party members to 'balance' to explore new theories and study.
