摘　　要：高校学生干部队伍是学生中的骨干力量。本文将组织目标与个人目标作为学生干部组织协调能力研究主体,组织目标与个人目标在学生干部领导能力的培养上起着重要作用。协调的组织目标与个人目标是学生干部领导水平的体现,也是实现组织目标与个人目标的前提。但是,组织目标与个人目标之间的矛盾关系存在于组织管理中,因此,解决好这个矛盾需从目标管理、激励机制、更新管理理念和发展组织文化等方面寻求对策。Contingent of student carders is the core force of students in colleges and universities. This thesis is focusing on organizational goals and individual objective as the subject of coordination capacity. Organizational objective and individual objective do play important role in leading work of student cadre. Coordinate with organizational objective with individual objective embodies the level of leadership of student cadre and to be the prerequisite for organizational objective and individual objective achieving. But the contradiction of organizational objective and individual objective is an ordinary contradiction in organizing administration. Therefore, the countermeasures to solve it can be sought from the side of target management, driving system, updating the management concepts, developing organization culture and such.
