摘　　要：培养大学生的科技创新能力是高等教育的重要目标,也是高等教育的历史责任和面临的重要课题。本文介绍了如何依托科研平台培养大学生的科技创新能力,培养过程中的注意事项,以及科技创新活动对大学生全面发展的重要意义。Develop students' technological innovation capability is an important goal of higher education, but also the his-torical responsibility of higher education and the important issues facing. This article explains how college students are re-lying on scientific research platform technological innovation, process considerations, as well as the importance of technol-ogical innovation in the overall development of the culture of college students.
