摘　　要：文章对48名咨询宿舍人际关系问题来访学生的问题进行了剖析,认为交流技巧的缺乏、自我中心倾向的严重性、生活习惯的差异、家庭背景的差异等是影响独立学院大学生宿舍人际关系问题的主要因素,宿舍人际关系的改善应该注重发挥心理健康教育、学生自我教育和制度保障的作用。This article analyzed 48 advisory dormitory interpersonal problems visiting students' questions, thinks that com-munication skills are lacking, the severity of self-centered tendencies, lifestyle differences, differences in family background is the impact of the independent Institute of college students dormitory interpersonal problems the main factors, to improve the dormitory should pay attention to the interpersonal psychological health education, student self-education and institu-tional safeguards.
