摘　　要：很多大学生在考研与就业之间面临抉择,本案例中一名大三学生前来寻求帮助,咨询师利用正式评估和非正式评估方法帮助他从兴趣、性格、能力和价值观四个维度探索自己,教会他探索职业世界的方法,协助他做职业决策,经历五次咨询,来访者思路逐渐清晰,并形成有效的行动方案,咨询效果良好。Many students faced with a choice between in the postgraduate and employment, in this case a junior who come to seek help, consultants use formal and informal assessment methods to assess helped him explore himself from interest, character,ability and values of the four dimensions, career taught him explore ways of the world, to help him make career decisions, five consulting experience, visitors gradually clear thinking, and form an effective action plan, advice to good effect.
