摘　　要：随着现代社会的的快速发展,少数民族大学生在性格特征、思维方式、价值取向、人际交往和政治观念等方面呈现出较为显著而个性化的群体特征。明确人文关怀对于少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作的重要意义,是思想政治教育改革对人文关怀的创新需求;研究当前人文关怀工作领域存在的主要问题,对于改进少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作具有一定的理论和实际应用价值。With the rapid development of modern society, the minority college students in personality characteristics, thinking mode, value orientation, interpersonal communication and political ideas, showing a more significant and personalized group characteristics. Clear humanistic concern for the significance of the ideological and political education of minority college stu-dents, is the reform of Ideological and political education of humanistic care innovation needs;to study the main problems exis-ting in the field of humanistic care work, for improvement of Minority college students' Ideological and political education work has certain theoretical and practical value.
