摘　　要：探索并构建应用型人才培养体系是地方本科高校教育适应新形势下经济社会发展的必然选择,加强大学生的人文素养是实现应用型人才培养的关键环节。地方本科高校只有适应新常态下区域经济社会发展对应用型人才人文素质教育的新要求,正确研判目前地方本科高校人文素质教育与应用型人才培养要求之间的差距,在教育理念、整合内容、创新方法、提升地方高校教师人文素质等方面下功夫,才能真正实现学生人文素质化。The exploration and construction of the application oriented personnel training system of education in local colleges and universities must adapt to the new situation of economic and social development, strengthen students' humanistic quality is the key to realize the cultivation of applied talents. Local colleges and universities only to adapt to the new requirements of the humanistic education of regional economic and social development under the new norm of the applied talents, the correct evaluation of the gap between the demands of humanistic quality education and cultivation of Applied Talents in local colleges and universities, work in education concept, content, method, innovation and integration to enhance humanistic quality of local university teachers.
