摘　　要：高校公民教育面对的文化困境是在传统文化与现代文明的碰撞中,精英文化日渐瓦解,碎片式的网络文化席卷大众,多元价值维度弱化了主流价值观的影响力。而要有所突破和超越,就要吐故纳新找到文化认同,与时俱进形成文化自觉,并在实践的基础上开创高校公民教育的新局面。The civic education of universities face the cultural dilemma in the collision of traditional culture and modern civilization, the elite culture gradually disintegrated, fragmented network culture across multiple mass, weakening the value dimension of the mainstream value influence. In order to make a breakthrough and beyond, to find new times to form a cultural identity, cultural consciousness, and create a new situation of civic education of University on the basis of practice.
