贫困大学生“四位一体”资助育人模式探析——基于提升育人效能的视角

摘　　要：资助育人工作是高校实现"立德树人"总目标的主要内容之一。如何探究出将解决大学生的实际问题与做好思想政治教育工作相结合的新模式,提升资助的育人效能,是当前高校资助工作的研究重点。本文以一线资助工作人员的视角分析并概括了当前高校学生资助工作中普遍存在的问题,提出了贫困大学生"四位一体"资助育人模式,以南京林业大学机械电子工程学院为例,积极探索资助育人新途径,为高校资助工作的深入开展与进一步提升提供可行性借鉴。Funding for education is one of the main contents of university to realize the overall goal of'moral education '.How to explore the new mode of combining the practical problems of college students with the ideological and political education, and how to improve the efficiency of the fund education is the key point of the research of University aid work. From the perspective of the first aid staff and summarizes the current problems in the work of college student financial assistance,the poor college students 'four in one' mode of education funding, taking Nanjing Forestry University of mechanical and Electronic Engineering College as an example, and actively explore new ways of funding education, for the college funded work carried out in-depth and further improve the feasibility of reference.
