摘　　要：在新工科及专业评估背景下的大学生的科研能力培养十分重要。教师以项目为依托积极吸引与引导大学生进入各类科研课题。根据实际情况,教师将不同的科研课题中分离出适于学生工作的实际工作并开展相宜指导。教师分阶段培养不同的科研能力及团队合作精神。学生参与科研工作利于培养学生的创新与实践能力,提高教学水平。It is important to cultivate the research ability of college students under the background of new engineering and professional evaluation.Tutors actively attract and guide students to enter kinds of tasks on base of the real research projects.According to the actual condition,the tutors extract the different research subjects from the practical works which are suitable to the students'jobs and the tutors should carry out the appropriate guidance.Different research abilities cultivated on the different research and study stages.Team spirit should be encouraged in every stage.It is helpful to cultivate students'innovation and practice abilities,and to improve the teaching level owing to students participating in scientific researches.
