摘　　要：创新型人才的培养是提高国家自主创新能力的关键,而高校则是培养具有创新能力高素质人才的基地。为此,文章分析了河南省高校的特点和现存问题,结合作为中原区域经济的重要主导力量之一的中原经济大环境的特点,提出采取有效对策措施来顺利开展创新型人才培养工作。The cultivation of innovative talents is the key to the improvement of national innovation ability, and universities are a base for innovative talents. Therefore the article analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of universities in Henan province, combining with the regional environment as one of the dominant force in central China. At last, the author puts forward some effective measures to work out these problems.
