高校女大学生的身心亚健康现状调查——以江西师范大学为例

摘　　要：目的:了解女大学生身心亚健康状况,为促进女大学生身心健康寻求方法。方法:以自行设计的问卷对我校258名在校女大学生进行问卷调查分析。结果:女大学生的身心健康现状令人担忧,身、心亚健康的发生率分别为:57.4%、72.9%。在亚健康检出率上大四学生明显高于其它三个年级、农村高于城镇、文科生高于理科生;在身体亚健康方面则是农村高于城镇,在心理亚健康方面却是农村高于城镇,理科生高于文科生。结论:为使女大学生身心健康发展,学校、家长、个人及社会应广泛关注女大学生这一特殊群体。Objective: To understand the female students' physical and mental health, look for methods to promote female college students physical and mental health. Method: With self-designed questionnaire method for analysis of the questionnaire survey to 258 female college students in our school. Results: The female college students physical and mental health is worrying, the incidence of body, mind and health, respectively, 57.4%, 72.9%. Senior student in the Asian health detection rate is significantly higher than other three grade, rural than urban, the school of arts living higher than science students; In body and health above is rural to urban areas, and higher than in the aspect of mental sub-health is rural to urban areas, and the school of science living above the school of arts living. Conclusion for the female college students' physical and mental health development, schools, parents, individual and community should attention this special group female college students.
