摘　　要：随着医药行业的飞速发展,连锁药店的生存与发展面临着巨大挑战,因此对一线员工的要求越发提升。行内激烈的竞争环境让员工承受巨大的工作及生活压力,一线员工的抑郁情绪日趋明显。因此本文采用《抑郁自评量表》(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)及《连锁药店一线员工工作状态调查问卷》对大参林连锁药店番禺片区五家门店一线员工心理抑郁情绪及工作状态进行研究,了解一线员工的抑郁情绪,并对其影响因素作进一步分析。With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry, the survival and development of chain pharmacies face enormous challenges, and therefore require more front-line staff to enhance. Depression for front-line employees becomes more evident because of the competitive environment. 'Self-rating Depression Scale' and 'Chain Pharmacies Front-line Staff Working Condition Survey' are used to tell the depressive state and working condition of front-line employees in chain pharmacy who work in five stores of Dasenlin. Finally, we could understand the depression of front-line staff and further analysis of its influencing factors.
