摘　　要：高校学生党建工作和大学生思想政治教育工作是学校的两大工作主题,如何能将这两项工作长期稳固地有效衔接,这对大学生素质的全面提高和高等教育的长足发展至关重要。本文以学生寝室为切入点,将两者紧密结合,创新性地提出了以教师和学生党员为主体的寝室责任人制度,并以湖北理工学院为例,介绍了推行该制度的必要性、具体方法以及实施效果。College Students' Party and the ideological and political education are two major themes school, how long can these two work solidly effective convergence, which is critical to comprehensively improve the quality of university students and the rapid development of higher education. In this paper, the student dormitory as the starting point, the close connection between the two, innovatively presented to teachers and students as the main party responsible for the dormitory system, and Hubei Polytechnic University, for example, describes the necessity of implementing such a system, the specific methods and implementation effect.
