摘　　要：文章针对新媒体的广泛应用带来高校图书馆图书利用率逐年递减状况,提出了高校图书馆服务要以便捷、安全、实用为原则,以资源整合、平台开发、用户服务为内容,通过多条途径进行高校图书馆运行模式的创新服务,来提高信息传播的最大效能。The extensive application of new media brings reduction in utilization of University Library. In the principle of fa-cility, safe and utility, based on resource integration, platform development and customer service, some approaches are presen-ted to maximize the effectiveness of information dissemination.
