摘　　要：在当前信息爆炸,新媒体盛行的时代,因势利导,充分调动教与学两个主体的积极性,不断创新大学生思想政治教育工作内容是缓解和应对MOOCS(慕课)对高校思想政治教育的冲击和挑战的有效途径,是高校大学生思想政治教育工作主动适应新形势的必然要求。本文提出了大学生思想政治教育课翻转课堂的混合式教学模式、第二课堂教育活动多元即时互动模式、高校思政教育者建立协同创新机制等工作创新对策,为高校多元化、规模化教育改革提供创新性意见。In the information explosion, the new media age, in the light of its general trend, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the teaching and learning of the two subjects, continuous innovation of College Students' Ideological and political education content is the ease and response of the MOOCS effective ways of Ideological and political education of the impact and challenges, is the necessity of ideological and political education of college students to adapt to the demand of the new situation. This paper proposes to establish innovative mechanisms for collaborative innovation work in the classroom of Ideological and political education course flip hybrid teaching mode, second classroom teaching activities of multiple interactive modes of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, and provide a new idea for the diversity and scale of education reform.
