摘　　要：图书馆的读者服务在学校教研工作中扮演重要角色,其服务质量的高低直接影响到教学科研能否顺利进行。因此,图书馆馆员怎样更好地为他们服务,是个极为重要的问题。本文将高校图书馆读者分为教师层、学生层、社会层、馆际层来进行分析,探讨提高分层次服务的效果。The reader service of the library plays an important role in the teaching and research work of the school, and the quality of its service directly affects the smooth progress of the teaching and research. Therefore, it is of great importance for librarians to better serve them. In this paper, readers of university library are divided into teacher level, student level, social layer and inter library layer to analyze the effect of improving the level of service.
