摘　　要：大学生积极人格的培养已经成为高校心理健康教育工作的重要内容。地方高校应该通过在教学过程中以积极的情绪感染学生、在班级建设中传递正能量、引导学生建立合理的认知方式、建立完善的社会支持系统和营造积极的校园文化环境等策略来培养大学生的积极人格。The cultivation of College Students' positive personality has become an important part of college mental health edu-cation. Local universities should pass in the teaching process in a positive mood of students, the transfer of positive energy, in class construction to guide students to establish reasonable cognition, establish perfect social support system and create a posi-tive campus cultural environment strategy to cultivate positive personality of college students.
