摘　　要：高校化学实验室是培养学生实验技能、开拓学生创新能力的重要场所,科学化、规范化的实验室管理对提高教学质量和科研水平有着至关重要的作用。本文从实验室制度管理、实验技术人员管理、实验试剂管理、实验仪器管理以及实验室安全管理等方面对化学实验室科学化、规范化管理进行探讨。Chemical laboratory is an important place to cultivate students' experimental skills and develop students' innovative ability, scientific and standardized laboratory management plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching and scientific research. In this paper, the scientific and standardized management of chemical laboratory is discussed from the aspects of laboratory system management, laboratory management, laboratory management, laboratory instrument management and laboratory safety management.
