摘　　要：通过对目前我校工程管理研究生培养过程的问卷调查,全面了解研究生本人对目前研究生培养机制的满意度、当前教育体制和培养模式是否适应科研创新能力培养要求及诸多培养环节的效果等情况,并对相关因素进行了分析,从而提出了相应的改进措施,使本学科研究生的培养质量得到提升,实现研究生培养方式和途径的可持续发展。By the questionnaire of the training process of project management graduate students in our school at present,a comprehensive understanding of the graduate students themselves on the mechanism of graduate student training satisfaction,and whether the current education system and training pattern to adapt to the scientific research and the effect of innovation ability cultivation and many links,etc.have been mastered,and the relevant factors also been analyzed,then the corresponding improvement measures have been put forward to improve the subject graduate training quality and realize the sustainable development of postgraduate training ways and means.
