摘　　要：介绍了 30 0 MW发电机静子的吊装就位过程 ,利用施工现场仅有的两台天车 ,采取在天车桥架下加支承门架 ,以缩短桥架跨距 ,增加强度 ,且天车定位对接的方法来吊装就位发电机静子。整个吊装过程时间少 ,速度快 ,安全可靠 ,适合于 30 0It introduces the hoisting process of 300 MW stator,using solely two cranes,add supporting frame under crane bridge frame to shorten the span of bridge frame,enhance intensity,fixing the crane by the method of butt,take little time and fast speed in the whole proccess and it is safely used in lifting of 300 MW stators.
