摘 要:先进行了波纹管及光管的传热性能实验 ,得出了波纹管管内强制对流换热关联式。在流速0 .2 4m/s ,硬度 80 0mg/L ,管侧水浴加热温度 6 0℃条件下 ,进行了两者CaCO3 加速析晶污垢的对比实验。结果表明 ,波纹管不仅有较好的传热性能 。This paper describes the results of heat transfer performance tests for cooling water flowing inside the corrugated tube and the plain tube.Based on the experimental data,a dimensionless correlation for forced convection heat transfer inside the corrugated tube is got.Moreover the comparing fouling experiments were carried out between them.The experimental working fluid was 800?mg/L hardness water,and the experments were done under the condition of 0.24?m/s liquid velocity and temperature of 60?℃ at the water tank.The fouling mechanism is an precipitation fouling of CaCO 3.The experimental results show that the corrugated tube has an advantage both in heat transfer performance and in anti fouling ability over the plain tube.
