摘　　要：知识产权战略是创新驱动发展战略的重要组成部分,本文概述了吉安市区域知识产权战略支撑创新驱动发展的重要现实意义,详细介绍了吉安知识产权工作现状,深入分析了吉安市知识产权存在的问题,并针对现状和存在的问题,从促进知识产权创造、加强知识产权管理、强化知识产权保护、推进知识产权运用四个环节进行系统分析阐述,对政府、司法、企业、中介等知识产权战略主体提出具体要求,为吉安区域知识产权战略支撑创新驱动发展进行有效探索。Intellectual property strategy is a very important part of innovation driven development strategy.This paper mainly discusses its practical importance in Ji'an City. The paper introduces the current situation of Ji'an intellectual property work in detail and systematically analyzes the existing problems from four aspects: promoting intellectual property creation, strengthening intellectual property administration, enhancing intellectual property protection, and advancing intellectual property application. The paper puts forward specific requirements on intellectual property strategy subjects such as government, judicature, enterprises, and intermediary to effectively explore regional intellectual property strategy supporting innovation driven development in Ji'an City.
