基于NSFC视角提升浙江省基础研究能力的对策研究

摘　　要：国家自然科学基金是我国支持基础研究的主要渠道之一,获得国家自然科学基金资助的能力很大程度上反映出了一个地区的基础研究能力。通过对2013—2017五年间浙江与北京、江苏等五省市获国家自然科学基金支持的总体资助情况和重点项目资助情况进行统计分析,结合省自然科学基金委员会的实地调研和文献资料,总结了五省市在基础研究方面的经验做法,并就提升浙江省基础研究能力提出了对策建议。The National Natural Science Foundation of China( NSFC) acts as one of the main channels for supporting basic research in China. The ability to receive funding from NSFC can largely reflect the basic research capabilities of a region. The paper conducts statistical analysis on the total subsidy supported by NSFC and the funding of key projects in five provinces and cities such as Beijing,Beijing and Jiangsu between 2013 and 2017. On the basis of the analysis,the paper summarizes the experience and practices of the basic research in the regions mentioned above according to the results of field research and literature of the Provincial NFSC,and tries to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhancing the basic research capabilities in Zhejiang Province.
