提高杭州市发明专利授权量的对策研究

摘　　要：通过综合比较分析2005-2014年期间15个副省级城市的发明专利数据,概括杭州市发明专利产出的现状、所处水平和特点;经过调研,发现杭州专利工作中需要解决的问题和困难;联系杭州实际,提出相应的对策和建议,为有效提高杭州市发明专利授权量、推动杭州市发展创新型经济、建设国家创新型城市提供有用的决策和参考。This article presents a comparative analysis of the invention patent data of 15 sub-provincial cities during 2005-2014 to illustrate the present situation and the characteristics of the invention patent output in Hangzhou. The study reveals the problems and difficulties to be solved in the city’s invention patent application and proposes the corresponding suggestions and solutions. The work is expected to provide useful decision-making support and reference for improving the authorized amount of invention patents in Hangzhou,promoting its innovative economy and building a national innovative city.
