摘　　要：现有镗床的加工范围不能满足电铲底座架联接孔的加工,在摇臂钻床上加装专用刀杆扩大其加工范围,来完成电铲旋转机构大齿圈联接孔的镗削加工。通过进行扩大设备加工范围的工艺研究,解决实际问题。The processing scope of existing boring machine can't meet the excavator base connection hole processing, on the radial drilling machine equipped with special cutter bar to expand its working range, to complete the elect shovel rotation mechanism of large gear ring connecting hole boring processing. Through studied to enlarge the range of equipment processing technology solved practical problems.
