摘　　要：针对螺杆泵采油系统中频繁断杆及断杆部位均在井下泵挂处这一特征 ,通过机械性能测试及生产制造工艺分析 ,结合螺杆泵采油工艺特点 ,对空心抽油杆断脱失效进行了分析 ,并提出了相应的技术措施。Aimed at the frequent breakage of the screw pump and the breakage usually located near the pump which is deep in oil well ,by means of testing the mechanical capability and analysing the manufacturing craft of the hollow sucker rod, combining the craft feature of the pump screw, we complete the breakage failure analysis of the hollow sucker rod , and present corresponding technology measures.
