摘　　要：本文主要介绍开发数字清江GIS系统的方案、策略及其实现。系统采用Arcsde空间数据引擎和Oracle关系数据库统一管理空间数据和属性数据,运用Mapobjects和Visu-alc++实现流域空间信息查询及分析功能,达到了集成的空间数据管理和高效率的信息查询的目标。This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of building GIS in Digital Qingjing. Both spatial and attribute data are managed in RDBMS through SDE (Spatial Data Engine). And spatial query and analysis are developed by using Mapobjects and Visual C++. Successfully realizing the integration of spatial and attribute data management and high efficient spatial query.
