摘 要:用Wang和Henke泡点法对宽沸点体系的萃取精馏进行了模拟计算,结果表明:在塔板数为12块、泡点进料并满足塔顶产品含量大于99.5%的情况下,进料位置为第8块、溶剂比为1、回流比为1.5塔顶产品的采出量为0.5mol/s时,该萃取精馏的状况较好.此外,还就Wang和Henke泡点法对宽沸点体系的萃取精馏模拟计算的收敛性进行了探讨.The simulation of extract distillation for tetrahydrofuran(THF)-water with binary azeotrope with extract agent 1,4butanediol was made by the bubble point method of Wang and Henke and the results showed that when raw material was fed at eighth plate,the rate of extract agent and raw material was equal to 1.0,reflux ratio was 1.5 and the flow of overhead product was 0.5 mol/s,THF content in overhead product and the flow of overhead product were all satisfaction.In addition,the discussion about the convergence of the bubble point method of Wang and Henke for distillation with large boiling range among components was carried out.
