摘  要:利用VC++6 0动态链接库建立供电系统优化设计软件的算法函数库,利用VB开发Windows环境的人机界面,充分发挥了VB开发简捷的特点和VC/C++便于低层访问控制的优势,实现了供电系统应用程序对DLL的调用。供电网络的优化选择,解决了开式电网网络导线和电缆截面的确定;供电网潮流计算、短路电流计算分别针对开式电网和闭式电网,给出了开发的基本方法。开式电网借助于相关矩阵求解,闭式电网借助于节点导纳矩阵法,电网潮流计算采用P Q分解法;最佳无功功率容量的选择从综合经济效益最佳出发,依照拉格朗日乘子法寻优和排序法找出净节省电费最多的各台变压器补偿容量、企业总补偿容量及企业的功率因数。To set up algorithms function library of priority design software of power supply system by means of VC ++6. 0 Dynamic Link Libraries, and develop manmachinedialog interphase of Windows environment by means of VB, it has exerted sufficiently simple development of VB and converient control of VC/C++ low layer. It realized that applications program of power supply system transfers DLL. Power net priority choice has solved the problem of chooing wire and cable section of open power net. Calculations of power net tide and short circuit have obtained basic methods of developing to contrapose open or close net. Open net recur to correlation matrix and close net recur to node matrix method . Calculation of power net tide adopts PQ resolving method. Best var power to compensate based on the best colligate economy benefit and according to lagrange submultiply to search priority and sort order methods obtain to compensate var power of each transformer, amount of it and power factor of enterprise in most economy power fee. 
