摘 要:在SrxBal-xNb2 O6 (SBN)晶体中掺进CuO和Co3O4,采用硅钼棒加热体 ,以Czochralski法生长了Cu :Co :SBN晶体。通过二波耦合光路测试了晶体的光折变性能。Cu∶Co∶SBN晶体的最大衍射效率为 74% ,最大折射率变化为 7.9× 10 - 5,光折变灵敏度为 4.8× 10 - 4 cm3/J,并给出了晶体响应时间与光强的关系。利用四波混频光路测试了晶体的自泵浦位相共轭反射率和响应时间。用Cu∶Co∶SBN晶体作为存储元件 ,Mg∶Fe∶LiNbO3晶体为位相共轭反射镜 ,以增益反馈系统 ,实现关联存储实验。Doping CuO and Co 3O 4 in the raw materials of Si x Ba 1- x Nb 2O 6(SBN) crystal, Cu∶Co∶SBN crystals were grown by the Czochralski method, by using MoSi 2 bar as the heating elements. The photorefractive properties of crystals were measured by the two_wave coupling experiment. The maximum diffraction efficiency of 74%, the maximum change of refractive index of 7.9×10 -5 and the photorefractive sensitivity of 4.8×10 -4 cm 3/J for Cu∶Co∶SBN crystals are obtained, and the dependence of the respond time on the light intensity is achieved. The self_pump phase conjugation reflectivity and response time were measured by using four_wave mixing light path. Using Cu∶Co∶SBN crystal as a storage element and using Mg∶Fe∶LiNbO 3 crystal as a phase conjugate reflector to gain the feedback system, the associative storage experiment is realized.
